So happy to hear you are enjoying your trip. What an awesome experience. Having visited a Muslim country (Turkey- much more secular, but still Muslim) in the days just after the 2004 election, I received a somewhat different response from most people. It was difficult to explain to that many of us here in the States were trying hard to right the wrongs of our government. I think it goes to show you that governments all over the world often do not represent their citizenry very well.
